Zendaya gushes over boyfriend Tom Holland and says he has rizz

After breakup rumors swirled around Zendaya and Tom Holland, Z has now opened up about her boyfriend’s charm and says he has a “natural gift” – rizz.

During her latest interview with Buzzfeed, Zendaya talked about the Spider-Man actor. The celebrity couple have been together, publicly, for over two years. They first met on the set of 2017’s Spider-Man: Homecoming and fans would often talk about the pair’s chemistry. Then, in 2021, they were papped sharing a kiss in a car, and ever since have opened up occasionally about each other and their relationship in interviews and social media posts.

Zendaya says Tom Holland has ‘beautiful charisma’

As the 27-year-old played with the pups in the interview room – part of the funny set up – she was asked who “has the most rizz” from the cast of her upcoming movie Dune Part 2.

Instead of giving the name of the various A-listers who star alongside her (think Florence Pugh and Timothée Chalamet) Zendaya named her beau Tom Holland. But not before jokingly saying herself.

“I don’t know. Rizz is short for charisma right?” she asked, to which she was told it was.

“Everybody’s kinda got their own. I think someone who has beautiful charisma – not on the Dune cast – but it personally worked for me is Mr Tom Holland,” she said cheekily.

“I’m more shy and like kinda quiet so it takes a little bit more to pull me out of my shell. But he’s great at just like talking to people and getting to know people. Like, you see him on talk shows and stuff like that; he’s just naturally very good at that. Whereas for me, I’ve definitely had to like, pull it out of me a little bit.

“He’s got that natural gift,” she concluded.

When the interviewer joked she had “shy rizz” Zendaya jokingly rolled her eyes and said: “Yeah … yeah, that’s a thing.”

The interview comes weeks after speculation on social media among fans the two had parted ways, though Tom Holland denied the breakup. The Hollywood star told one TMZ paparazzi “Absolutely not” in response to being asked if they had broken up, which was a relief to everyone including us here at Celebrity Tidbit.

But Zendaya isn’t the only one to say Tom Holland has rizz.

Timothée Chalamet says Tom is the ‘rizz master’

Tom really must be a charmer as only a few months ago, Timothée, 27, told LADBible he was the “ultimate rizz master” and said Zendaya “knows it too.” It came after being asked if he believed himself to be better-looking than Tom, also 27.

He responded: “Oh, man. Y’all going for the South! I’m going to strongly disagree on that, Tom is the ultimate rizz master. Internet knows this, Zendaya knows this, everyone knows this. Ultimate rizz master.”

The Wonka star was then shown a clip of Tom declaring the exact same.

Tom explained: “It’s gonna be Timothee Chalamet. I bet you’ve put him up there. No? ‘Cause he’s double handsome, and I’d lose that one!”
